Happy Summer!! Thank you for visiting us! My name is Elvin Taylor, Agency Owner of Elvin Taylor State Farm. I am a resident of Bartlett, TN and a graduate of the University of Memphis- Go Tigers! I have two children (Kyla and Khai) that keep me busy in my free time; but in addition, I LOVE watching basketball and working out! I am a huge Lebron James fan (But I miss Kobe daily) , and my all time favorite player is our very own Coach Anfernee "Penny" Hardaway. Did I already say Go Tigers!? Lastly, there is nothing that I enjoy more than a great workout and music from some of my favorite artists!

I am also very avid as it pertains to community involvement. I founded the "Jarmelle Jones Memorial Scholarship Fund" at the University of Memphis. I also launched "Operation Give Back" which is a feeding and clothing the homeless initiative that has provided food and clothing to hundreds in the homeless community since 2015! In addition, each year our Agency holds a "Lunch With Scholars" day where we select a local high school in the inner city of Memphis, and provide a pizza and cake party for all graduating Honor Students to encourage them for their great work; and wish them well in their future endeavors! I have also held motivational speaking engagements across the city and state; where I share my testimony and encourage others to overcome their obstacles in life head on- If I can do it, so can you! Lastly, we have sponsored multiple youth league sports teams in the city. I sincerely feel that giving back to the community is equally as rewarding for me and my sole purpose on earth.... To help others.
